MTC WATERPROOFING SYSTEM IN TERRACE

The terrace of a residential buiding was above part of the parking lot, it looked a bit deteriorated by the years and humidities and leakings were increasing and became a big problem. It was decided to perform a poliurethane membrane reinforced with fiberglass mat as the waterproofing solution. We insisted in a thorogh cleaning of the whole tile surface and demolish some parts in order to rebuild them properly as the surface was going to be covered with a mortar compression layer to flat the surface and improve it to receive the waterproofing system.
