COMMON SPACE POLIURETHANE MEMBRANE WATERPROOFING IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

The common areas, children park, green space and common swimming pools were placed on the parking deck and they had a lot of leaks and hummidities so that it was decided to act properly repairing everyhing from the framework slab. We acted on the structural joints and then we rebuil the slopes in which we performed the waterproofing systems consisting in the plural component poliurethane membrane Sikalastic 851R. Finally everything was replaced in the new common areas.
