DESCRIPTION
Anticorrosive treatment en a metal façade with a CI-5/CM-5 corrosive category system, considered the system with the highest durability, following in every moment all established in the international EN ISO 12944 normative for corrosion protection of metal and steel structures by protective paint.
Following the fixed steps in the mentioned normative, after a thorough surface preparation using diferent types of abrasives by mechanical means, we steped up to spraying the epoxi based two component primer with added zinc to form a protective coating in a two layer process. When cored, we sealed every joint and screws to finally end up with the PU based alifatic coating in two layers as well. In every step, we respected all the required waiting time between layers and processes.
