DESCRIPTION
The leakage problems were causing numerous professor’s offices and several large study rooms to become flooded on rainy days. The roofs consisted of both flat concrete roofs and metal sandwich panel roofing systems. In the area concerned, the south wing, it was decided to carry out a fully bonded waterproofing system directly onto the sandwich panel substrate.
Following the necessary surface preparation and sealing works, the Sikaroof Pro+ system was applied with a UV-resistant reflective finish.
