ANTICORROSIVE TREATMENT IN LOGISTIC PLANT

Weather conditions prevailing where this logistic centre is placed in Granadilla de Abona, in Tenerife island, have made all the façades in the different warehouses that compose the logistic centre to be seriously affected by rust and corrosion.

The solution to the problem we faced was obvious, we should perform a C5-I anticorrosive treatment for metal surfaces which resists the most agressive environments. The processes to follow were:

– Surface preparation with preassure water machines and various kinds of abrasive actions.
– Application of a primer containing phosphate agents.
– Final UV resistant coating
